Emotional Course Transmission

Today’s lesson is not about managing emotions.

It is about understanding what emotions are actually doing in the body.

Emotions are not random.

They are biological signals carrying unfinished information.

When an emotion keeps repeating, it is not asking to be released.

It is asking to be understood at the level it was formed.

Most people try to heal emotions cognitively.

That does not work long-term.

Why?

Because emotions are created before language—

in the nervous system, the fascia, the organs, and the survival brain.

Today we focus on this truth:

An emotion does not need comfort.

It needs orientation.

When the body understands where it is and what time it is, the emotion resolves on its own.

Today’s Practice

  • Do not label what you feel as good or bad

  • Ask instead:

    “What is this emotion protecting?”

  • Then notice where it lives in your body

  • Do not force release

  • Allow recognition

Recognition is regulation.

Regulation is freedom.

This is emotional sovereignty.

This is the work.
